The Art of Life Healing Garden at Woodward Park is a 3-acre community development, inspired by local cancer survivors, that provides a place for individuals and families to find renewal, strength, healing and hope during every season of life. The Art of Life Cancer Foundation is partnering with the California Teaching Fellows Foundation, lululemon Fig Garden Village, Fit36, Fleet Feet Sports Fresno, Girl Scouts and Fresno State Students to provide special Earth Day activities for the community, including Planting, Yoga, and even Yarn Bombing!


*Class times allow for you to participate in as many activities as you desire

8AM-9AM || FIT36® - HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL STYLE CIRCUITS, focusing on strength, endurance and agility to improve posture, balance, & a healthier body from the ground up!

9AM-10AM || WALK or RUN & MASSAGE CLINIC with Fleet Feet Sports Fresno: 2 Mile Community WALK or RUN option, with guided route through Woodward Park.

10AM-12PM || YOGA with lululemon Ambassador, Lucy Wells + VISION & GOALS WORKSHOP led by Brittany Muhareb from lululemon Fig Garden

11:30-1:30 PM || VOLUNTEER TO PLANT with Lizzie Brust, Girl Scout Troop 305 in the Areas of Reflection (FREE)

12-3:30PM || "YARN BOMBING" ART ACTIVITIES hosted by Teaching Fellows Foundation Great for all ages! --> PLEASE bring a skein of yarn to participate (FREE)

PICNIC ANYTIME (Pack a lunch or grab a smoothie or meal at Lassen's across the street)
