Public Stargazing

Join the TAA for a night of astronomical stargazing at the Arthur Pursell Observatory (APO). The evening will include a tour of the bright stars and constellations and a short informational program on celestial objects of interest. Visitors will then be able to view through TAA's 12" Astrola telescope mounted in the APO dome and our other large outdoor telescopes.

Dress comfortably and bring your own seating and refreshments. NOTE: no alcoholic beverages are allowed on the observatory grounds. Please, no white-light flashlights, and children must be attended by an adult at all times.
