Tulare Library Foundation presents the 7th Annual A Night at the Library
A full sensory experience during which selected books are brought to life with the help of local actors, staging and displays.
On Monday evening, September 23, 2019, the Tulare Library Foundation will present our 7th annual A Night at the Library. This event, the foundation’s only fundraising event, will be held in the Tulare Public Library, 475 North M Street (M Street and Cross Avenue), downtown Tulare.
A Night at the Library is truly a unique and full-sensory-experience during which selected books are brought-to-life with the help of local actors, staging and displays. Additionally, this event will include catered foods associated with each book along with beer and wine. (Attendees must be at least 21 to attend.) Throughout the evening the Tulare Community Band will entertain with their big band sound performing inside the library. A silent auction and the Friends of the Library Candy Shoppe will also return.
Tickets are $50 each (which include specialty foods, beer, and wine). Advance tickets are available in the genealogy research room, inside the library, and from Tulare Library Foundation Board members. Will-call tickets will be available at the door on a pre-paid basis. Proceeds will benefit the Tulare Library Foundation and the Tulare Public Library.
